(((((Saundra)))))) It must be so frustrating :( I know D hates not being able to do what she used to.

Well done for doing the job Ria and glad you got a good response.

Can I ask which mower you use. I recently found there is a company making Ryobi compatible batteries with 3x the power for half the price. It might be you can find similar for your mower which would make your mowing a lot easier.

Thanks Suff - I've got a Worx https://www.amazon.co.uk/WORX-WG779E-2-Cordless-battery-Batteries/dp/B075FYDHF8/ref=asc_df_B075FYDHF8/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=231964207120&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9983528691069759268&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045834&hvtargid=pla-423572575675&psc=1&th=1&psc=1

I've got five batteries because I've got a hedge trimmer and strimmer that came with batteries; but would be good if there are compatible batteries for a lower price; because the batteries will loose their recharge capacity / power at some point

Hi Ria,

They're not quite as good value as the Ryobi but you can get much larger capacity on Amazon and Aliexpress.

Your batteries are 2Ah, it seems that the price for a compatible 5Ah battery on Amazon is around £32.

If you want to go as far as Aliexpress you can get 9Ah batteries cheaper. £30 for one, £50 for two and £65 for three.

Worth checking around. They give the battery codes which it is compatible with so you can check.

For comparison the genuine Worx 2ah battery is £30 or up on Amazon.

Worth keeping the links. At least the Amazon one which is a search page. The aliexpress search page is here.
