Good morning.

Hot. 38+ from tomorrow so today's hot is a nice one.

Just a swim for exercise today. :D

The twins are coming over late morning and taking us out for lunch. :D

Normally we'd see them Friday morning but they're both in the office this Friday and as I fly to Scotland on Sunday they're coming over today for the day. :cute:

Sewing Bee tonight. :D

Have a great day.

Hope the wedding goes fantastically Kaz and all the best to H and A. xx

Morning everyone

Cloudy now, although the sun was out earlier and is trying hard again. Possibility of thunderstorm too  Like Ally, really hotting up from tomorrow 8-)

Thank heavens the pool is now sorted, only taken 7 weeks  We've chucked so many chemicals in it, I'm leaving it for another day before I venture in it

Off to Ourique for food shopping once we've finished coffee. Will get something nice for breakfast and it'll be salads from now on

Hope you all have a fantastic day Kaz :Hi: :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all

Ally enjoy the lunch with the twins and the rest of your day
Jan, yay glad the pool is sorted - enjoy that swim when you get in!
Cruiser you also have a lovely day doing the bits and bobs you are

Have a fab time at the wedding Kaz, congrats to the happy couple - wishing them many amazing years together

I have a sort of working from home day today - it's a very quiet day so I'll be popping to the allotment in a bit to lift the garlic so it can dry out a bit before storing. The forecast is promising a week of sunshine which is perfect.
Then later today I'm heading into town to get a few things for our holiday and also sort out a new phone. I'm currently with Three and the signal at times is really bad, in fact no signal when I'm at Waterloo which is very odd. I was going to move over to Vodafone but a few days back there was an announcement Three and Vodafone are merging so I want to speak to Vodafone. Nadine is finishing work at 4 so we will probably meet up for a cheeky glass of wine

Have a lovely day everyone x

Morning all, another nice one here. We are going into town as I am getting the results of all the tests resulting from the vertigo attack back in March. So we’ll have lunch and a potter around the shops. I had a collection of sample size Clinique products, you know the size when you get a gift when buying Clinique. I put them all together, put a photo on the local Freecycle page with a list of what they were - barely had I posted it than they were gone and being collected this evening! Right, better get moving >>>>>

Have a great day Kaz!

Thanks so much everyone :)

It’s absolutely stunning up here, and despite the rain yesterday the sun came out last night at the venue for a BBQ :D We’ve had a lovely breakfast here in the pub where we’re staying and the sun is shining :) Just used my steamer to get the wrinkles out of our wedding gear, and we’re due up at the venue for 12. The wedding isn’t until 2 but J asked me to go early as we can use her room to leave stuff if we want. I have nice flip flops for the evening and Mick has a waistcoat to change from his suit jacket and tie. So looking forward to today!

Love to all :) xxxx

Morning all :D

Nice and sunny 8-)

Hope all goes well today Kaz.

Had a lovely chat with my sister, they're due to be with us on 15th Sept, really looking forward to seeing them.

Not much happening here, lot's of things to do around the house, but I just can't get myself going. Leftover gammon for dinner, yummy.

Hope you all have a good day

Afternoon all, it’s sunny although showers are forecast for this afternoon and into the evening.

Bill had his walk first thing, two loads of washing have been done and do has the hoovering.

Ria,we’re in a signal black hole here. There’s no mast at all in our village but we’re all on different providers - me and Joe are with Sky who I believe use O2’s masts, Tom’s with Virgin and John’s with Vodaphone (he can’t change as it’s a company account) and we all struggle a bit with signals. I can get one bar and a weak 3G signal in the house but can get full signal and 4G when in the middle of the woods.

Kaz, have a wonderful time. Many congratulations to the happy couple!
