Tonight's tea....

None of this "dinner" malarkey.

A big helping of home made Waldorfish salad and spicy Moroccan style beef koftas all helped down with a vanilla ice cream milk shake.

For a while, we’ve been saying that we would get something from the local Chinese takeaway when Michael and Kellie were here so we decided to do it today, as it was the last Thursday before they go to Wicklow for July. We don’t do takeaway so it was a novelty for us, but we will certainly do it again. Very tasty. Then into the icecream shop next door for dessert, two happy young people going home!

Fine, thanks Crommers.

I felt rather wobbly and had a pain over both eyes, which was throbbing, so went to Castro Verde, got told off for not going sooner and sent by ambulance to Beja.

Five hours later, cat scan on head and neck done and taxi back.

Got creams and tablets to take and much better today, thank you for worrying xx

But I've done nothing but read and doze all day
