Hi everyone :)

Ally, it must be such a relief to get out of that ridiculous heat! Have the best time with Jackie, and I hope Don has a good time with his mates :) xx

Ria, hopefully that won’t have affected the value too much, TBH I doubt it ;) xx

Enjoy your dance Osc :) xx

Jo, hope the film is good. That’s just such bad manners, not to ask if you were ok! Ria’s so right xx

Jen, that’s great news xx

Hi Saundra :) xxx

We’re having brunch out, SW went ok this morning I got a small loss :) Nothing much else going on today, popping round to D’s in a while. Looking forward to going to my cousin’s 60th tomorrow night, over in Staines. Mick and I have a Premier Inn booked, Becky is staying at her dad’s, and both boys are coming too :D Rare that I get all three of mine together so it will be very nice 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

That really is appalling Jo

Glad e is on his way home, you'll both sleep well tonight.

House is now clean  Still blowing a hooley and although the sun is out, it's not too bad.

Afternoon all.

Jo that's pretty bad, once on the mountains in Scotland I had to grab our lakeland when two colliles off the lead started to attack her. They started to jump to try and get at her and I was about to apply one of my walking boots before their owners called them off. It's never good when that happens, even more so if you have to hurt a dog just because the owners are not paying enough attention or have the dogs on a lead.

Jan we're looking at a week of rain next week so things are starting to break here too.

Jen glad to hear E is getting out. Always good news with hospital. They drove me mad when I was in ICU and I just wanted to get out of the hospital when I got out of ICU.

Ally glad it was a good flight. They've become a bit unpredictable since Covid.

Everyone else hope you have a good day.

I go on holiday again on Monday. We're heading up to Paris by Train on Sunday and flying out to Calgary on Monday. I'll be in Canada for two weeks then a trip back, get myself settled and then head for the UK for the next 3-4 weeks.

We have house sitters and Mrs S is Frantically trying to clean the garden up, I've been cleaning the hot tub and changing the filters plus hoovering the pool where our prior house sitters (2 weeks), didn't put any chlorine in or ask #1 son to come over and clean it as suggested.

This week I've also been setting up automated waterers in the veg garden. Due to water pressure from our well pump I now have 3 timers on and 5 pipe outlets. Only one waterer can run at a time or the pressure drops and it waters a handkerchief size patch of veg. So if you watch our garden from 7-10 there is a dance of waterers going on and off....

I shall look in from time to time but mainly we'll be catching up with #2 daughter and husband and our second and third eldest grandkids.
