What are we reading in October?

I'm reading Judas Horse.

It's the second in Lynda La Plante's Jack Warr series.

Just finished The Silent Bride, by Shalini Boland. It was ok, but nothing special....The big twist in the story involved hypnosis, and wasn't very believable

I’ve got sidetracked from the Jane Fallon that I started and I’m now also reading Don’t Laugh, It’ll Only Encourage Her by Daisy May Cooper.

Jo, I couldn't leave a book to go start another one. It would completely do my head in.

My ex sister in law used to read 4 or 5 books at the same time.
I feel faint even typing this.

I was only a couple of pages in and I actually forgot I’d started it

Can’t begin to imagine how you’d read that many books at once :o

Just finished Richard Osman's latest Thursday Murder Club novel: "The Last Devil To Die".
Very well crafted with the usual gentle humour and observation, but be warned, an incredibly poignant sub-plot in this one.

I’m reading Telling Tales by Anne Cleeves, my first time reading a “Vera” book - I love the Vera tv series, and am thoroughly enjoying the book.
