I putone bag in the tea pot and can get three mugs of reasonable strong tea out of it.

I iscard the tea bag with the food waste when I wash up. Local council give us small green bags for food waste which we can then put in the big green wheelie bin

I do drink coffee usually in the morning. Just black, no cream or sugar.

Yes, occasionally. I mainly drink weak green tea so can easily get two goes out of a teabag.
