Morning everyone

Grey and cloudy here and we're in for rather a wet day  Warmish at 20C.

Not a lot will be going on here, can't do anything outside, inside is all done, so a lazy day.

Hope Jen had a good night xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s sunny.

Off to Manchester at lunchtime with Joe, not optimistic and expecting to be heading home by half time as Joe has a three goal against us limit

Amazon parcel never arrived yesterday, now believed to be lost but have to wait until Nov 10th for a refund. Not exactly a cheap item so not happy about that. And not exactly a small parcel that’s easily mislaid!

Just dyeing my eyelashes, once they’re done I’ll hang some washing out while the sun shines. Could do it now but I look like Alice Cooper so I’m hiding in the bathroom.

Have a good day all :)

Good morning.
Sunny but cool here.
Our daughter and family are coming for dinner, which is nice.
After that it will be a TV sort of day.
I hope Jen had a good night.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, our visitors left about 15 minutes ago after a great weekend. We loved having them here, we had great fun. They love dancing as much, if not more, than we do and are training to be teachers. From the time they arrived on Friday, we talked about dance and dance music, practised dances and went dancing Friday night and last night. Yesterday we were trying to get out the door to bring them on a tour of the area and it took us 1 1/2 hours to get out the door as we were talking and dancing so much, George kept on saying “just once more” or “hang on, have you tried this”! Even this morning before they left we were comparing different steps and moves in a particular dance. They have a nearly 3 hour drive home then they will be dancing again this afternoon - mind you they are almost 15 years younger than we are! As for us, we are slumped in our chairs catching up on Strictly, the spare room can wait until tomorrow or later.

Jen, glad you are home, take it very very easy.

Morning all :D

Wet, wet, wet  Ed was very lucky he got round for the papers before it started, absolutely heaving down now.

Managed a reasonable sleep last night, did have to get up for the loo around 4am, but managed to go back to sleep until 8. I'm on so many meds I tend to get a bit drowsy throughout the day which doesn't help.

We're getting a bit better with the morning routine, think we'll improve the time it all takes as this week goes on. Ed's proving to be a whiz in the kitchen, he made a perfect cheese omelette for dinner yesterday evening, I didn't think he knew how, I've warned him if he continues to be this good he could have given himself a job for life

Hope you all have a good day xx

Becky and I are watching a really spooky programme called The Burning Girls, wonderful cast but so scary :?

Love to all xxx
