Morning Ally, morning everyone

Stunning sunrise this morning and another warm day 8-)

Off to see the doc and then hopefully, the nurse this morning. Grumpy has decided to take me in, he just wants to drive the posh car

Back for breakfast and then I'm hoping to get out on the garden for some weeding.

Roast pork for dinner.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally, JanB and anybody else who is up.

There are some clouds but no rain. It was 15C when I got up and having breakfast.

Just a day of pootling. Have managed to get the timers working for the lights round the windows. It willsave me having to turn them on and off each day.

May have a rice meal this evening.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s a nice sunny day here. Having a lazy morning before going dancing this afternoon. We enjoyed Strictly last night, the right couple won.

Complete waste of time

Got there at 7.50 and there were only two other people in front of me. I was given 8.40 as my appointment, so walked down to tell Grumpy I shouldn't be too long. The first patient went in at 8.30 and was in there for 40 minutes  :?

Next one only a few minutes, then it was my turn, by which time, it's 9.30

She went through my complete medical history about Gladys, virtually every appointment and why I went :? I'd forgotten how long ago I'd had it, but she was able to tell me it was 2011, berlimey, that long?

Took me into see the nurse and they both had a look at the granulomas and that was it  She's going to contact Beja Hospital for me to see some-one who can cauterize them. Well, I almost said a rude word

Apparently, the clinics are not allowed to do anything like that and Castro Verde, even though it's classed as a hospital, can't do it either.

So I wait

Gorgeous morning now, thick frost in the fields when we went in this morning. Had breakfast outside, but it's just too hot to sit out in it.

Good morning.
It's a nice bright one so far.
Just ordered some wine for Christmas, now off to the shop for a paper.
Sister in law is coming over for dinner.
Eliza was over yesterday but she was a little fretful and tired. I think children can get a over excited and a bit past themselves at this time of year.
Jan, how frustrating for you.
Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all :)

Bright and sunny :D

Enjoy relaxing and reading Ally, sounds a good plan.
Oh Jan, how annoying, I hope you don't have to wait too long for an appointment xx
We always use a timer for our outside lights Cruiser, so much easier, We also have a smart plug for the tree lights, saves scrabbling about on the floor trying to reach the wall switch lol
We loved Strictly last night too Osc.
You're right Crommers, children can get a bit overexcited at this time of year, fingers crossed she isn't coming down with something.
Not long to get that tree done Saundra, wish we lived nearer, I'd happily help you do it x

Ed was looking extra tired this morning so I suggested he pop a casserole in the slow cooker. We haven't had one this week and this means he can relax for the rest of the day. Might suggest he puts a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, he deserves a treat.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

It’s a dry day here, always a bonus ;) We had breakfast out, watching the ice skaters. Popped to B&Q to get some plants to replace my cyclamen that perished in the recent frost. Round to D’s afterwards.

Just had a late lunch of chicken and roasties, and waiting for the person who is buying B’s rowing machine. Hope they turn up as B and Mick had to manhandle it down both sets of stairs earlier :?  Becky is in London for two nights, saying goodbye to some old schoolmates that she’s stayed in touch with, and visiting the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. Back Tuesday morning.

Love to all xxx
