Two whole days totally wasted waiting in for an Argos delivery that never arrived It was supposed to come on Tuesday but didn't, so I rang customer services yesterday and they said today! No sign of them again today so I just rang customer services again and was 'assertive' shall we say!! Their excuse? The courier had recieved the paperwork for the item but not the item (WTH?) and then they tried to blame the guy yesterday from yesterday who had promised me delivery today Hardly the point - the point is that they had my contact number, why on earth not use it and inform customers when their delivery is delayed instead of letting them waste whole days
The bottom line is I cancelled the order and got a refund to my card, and have informed them I won't ever use them online again!!! I won't either..................
Very very poor show!
