Kate was forced into making a heartfelt and moving video statement about her condition because the dolts at Kensington Palace made a wishy-washy statement about it right at the beginning - not an emergency, not cancer. They created the environment where speculations and conspiracy theories in the mainstream and (un)social media were allowed to run rife.

Kate and Will and other Royals must be livid with them.

Just leave them alone and let them deal with it as they wish and as best they can.
