Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 14 Apr 2024, 05:34

Good morning.

Forecast 30° again so off for my walk shortly. :D

This afternoon I'll be using the pool. It's usually early May before I do but after dangling my legs in it yesterday the water felt ok so I'll throw the rest of my body in it today.

We bought a big chunky chicken the other day for dinner which we'll have with salad and there's cheesecake for dessert. :D

TV tonight including the fab This Town.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another lovely, warm day.

Another day working out in the garden, Grumpy has a couple of splinters he needs to dig out of one of my fingers

We didn't go down to the bar yesterday, too knackered  but might venture out to the other one this afternoon. Might, might not.

BBQ for us later, on the new bbq :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning.
It's a nice one too, sunny.
Enjoy your new Kindle Saundra and your walk Ally. Jan, ouch. Hope Grumpy gets the splinters out painlessly.
Chicken for dinner, we're on our own this week.
Watching the motorbikes later, that's about it.
It's birthday week here; daughter, Eliza and son in law all have birthdays this week.
Have a nice day everyone.

I was wondering when you would be seeing your granddaughter Cruiser, you haven't mentioned her for quite a while. It will be lovely for you to see her.

Justhad a long phone call withmy grand-daughter.

She is coming up next Sundayso I will have to cok her a meal. It willbe sirloin steak with roast potatoes and veg. Will get her a small cake as I don't have them.

She told me she is havinga months holiday in July goingto South America including Peru.

On Monday while she is with me but working from home, I will be going to a funeral. It is a lady who was 96. She lived in a house a few doors down the Crescent.
She has ben in a care home for several years as she could not look after herself.
