No more antlers

It's a shame isn't it because she so obviously wants and needs to chew something. It did surprise me the other day when you said how quickly she'd destroyed it because Billy is a strong chewer, even the expensive tough toys that Pets At Home sell haven't lasted him a day.

Hope she soon feels better Di and that she can have another antler to enjoy but not in the same way

I think, having looked at more of them online, what she had was more like the antler tip, which they sell for puppies and miniature dogs, although it wasn't that small it must be different. It was definitely a real antler bit though, but I did wonder when we saw how she was going through it on Sunday - but hadn't the heart to take it away...paid for that haven't I

It's pretty good, but the carpet's now getting tatty and patchy!
Minnie's illness meant a lot of bits to try and clean, I'm glad we hadn't paid to have the whole thing cleaned properly. I'd been dithering because really for the price you pay it'd be better in this case to go towards a new carpet. But we're better off living with this tatty one for a while.
Hard flooring would be easier but I'm not keen especially in winter, and Minnie hates it anyway.

We got a small one from Pets at Home for Millie and she loves it.

It took her a little while to go anywhere near it but now she is chewing away at it. I think it will take a long time before she puts a dent in it.

It arrived on Saturday, but stayed in it's padded envelope until this afternoon.
She loves it, is gnawing absolutely voraciously, but no, hasn't got any bits off and it's not wearing down, thank goodness
It's like Jo's (well, Billy's!), dark brown and ridged, and even better has a little branch at one end
