Kaz, it happened to me years ago when I got a new laptop and didn't have the old password. Shaz sent me a new one via email but then it was up to me to enter it manually when I logged in on the new lappy ... and then save it to a file just in case I forgot it again.

Once it is working ticking the "Log me in automatically each visit" is a good idea. (Bottom of the Index page)

As you mentioned she is able to read, and is keeping up with us all :)

Ria, I did make mention it, when it happened, you must have missed it ;)

Just bringing this back up, for those who may have missed it :)

Kaz, when Saun's family come round she might need to re-register with VV.

Let's say the new username "Saundra" (no " needed) as opposed to saundra - upper case leading S compared to lower case s, and then any new password of her choice.

If anyone can message / text her it might help.

So get her to post, otherwise I will drive up to Bridlington to sort things out then drag her out for Haddock and chips and mushy peas at the local chippie. We don't do Cod up here - dirty fish. Hornsea has the best chippie if you're not in Whitby, but Brid will suffice.
