I just had a look. I guess if you had a dish the size of a house you might get something.
You are, then, stuck with Internet and VPN and a streaming device (FireTV being one).
Starlink you buy the dish and the router. Then you pay a monthly charge. Or you can continue to use your local internet if it is good enough.
VPN you need to be careful, if your locals who are advising you say it works I won't say no. My solution I'll give personally but not publicly. Public forums are scanned.
Fire TV or Fire TV stick are easily available from Amazon. The stick is fine for your requirements.
The only thing to remember with the FireTV, or any streaming stick, is that you are logging into accounts which are UK based. So you need to set them up UK based, which means whichever phone or laptop, etc, is registering for them needs to be on the VPN and any time you need phone or browser to log in, it should be on the VPN.
Quickest way to lose your streaming is to be detected as in Portugal.
It is easy once all set up, but you need to be fairly diligent when using it. This stuff is not like switching a hoover on.
