An 8am swim will set me up for the day.

Conor's coming over later to take us out for a beer and a bite to eat.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Was a little misty earlier, but all gone now and another warm day

Lots of e-mails, video chats yesterday, as trying to help organise something for the coffee morning. The Alerta boss is coming up and will be donating uniforms to the Ourique and Almodover bombeiros, so had to check it was all okay with the coffee morning boss and also the bombeiros. But all going ahead, phew. And then out for lunch afterwards

Off to Ourique, for the normal supermarket stuff. Also need some stuff for the pool, so head to Nelson's first.

Back for breakfast and then try and sort out my day.

Bit of a mixed day yesterday. Physio went well, she's given me a walking programme to work to.
Not so well with Mr Harilingam. I'll update on the health board.

The dog needs to be walked, house cleaned and some shopping done and it won't do itself, so I need to shift.

Morning all, sun and cloud here and noticeably cooler (well, I did put on the summer duvet yesterday ) Off to the hairdresser for cut and colour at 11am. Edward has gone walking over toward the golf club just for the walk, then he is getting his hair cut at 2.30. After that we are both getting our Covid boosters at 4pm. The friends who were coming to stay Friday night have cancelled. I’m working my way through the bedding from the guests who left yesterday, plus the stuff from our bed too so the washing machine will be busy.

Afternoon everyone

Sorry to be so late, but I've been out and on the go all day! Into town early on to return some new espadrilles that split after only a few wears! Got that sorted, nipped into the sunbed place, then home for 11 for Em to pick me up to go to Cribbs Causeway - she needed to return some dresses. We had a nice wander round, a jacket spud lunch in M&S, and I bought a skirt and shirt in the sale. They have a nice John Lewis there too, but I resisted
