Off to Ourique soon, to get the food shopping out of the way. Need to pick up Gladys stuff from the chemist too. Back for breakfast, then try and think of something to do
Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx
Ally enjoy the pool day Jan, hope you get everything you want in Orique and then enjoy a lazy day (hopefully?)
WFH day for me - it's rather overcast and dull at the moment with a bit of a nippy breeze, but meant to get a bit warmer. Just sorting a few emails and will then give the garden a water. The soil here is so sandy that the water just runs right through. The usual mix of work and pootle otherwise
Morning all, it’s a nice day here, mostly blue skies and very calm. Edward has gone for a walk. I’ll tidy around, go to the post office to take out some money and post a couple of cards, then I’ll go for a walk too. Not sure what I will do after that, trying to get ahead of holiday clothes as Kellie will be here at the weekend and that is normally when I would do it.
Not sure what we're doing today, we might get out in the front garden for a good tidy. It's mostly driveway, but there is a border which definitely needs weeding. Can't really do too much as the garden waste bin is almost full, couldn't believe how many palm leaves came down in all the wind and our bin doesn't get collected until next Tuesday.
We are just back from Pontefract. Got some chicken breasts for tea and a mini statement from the bank. It was market day and the town was bustling, which was nice to see.
Enjoy the day everyone.

I've been for my shingles jab, and into town for five minutes on the sunbed. Mick was staying in for a delivery - some insulation stuff. Just made him some lunch, then I'm walking up to the Starbucks on Eastern Avenue to meet Em, trying to get more walking in as a group of us - Pilates and SW friends - are doing the Race for Life on the 30th at Cheltenham race and I need to get some practice in
