Spoke to Larissa earlier, they just want to see if they can sell it. No idea where they would go, stay in Portugal, rent and then do it all again

Well, if you can find a builder, then okay, but the planning process in most areas of Portugal are a complete nightmare. We're lucky here, as the council are in dire need of money and the foreigners are bringing it in.

One of the houses across the street has gone up for sale.
I like this style but given the size of the house there’s only really parking for one car on the drive.
Not sure why they’re moving, the house is really convenient for them as they co-own the wedding venue/hotel/restaurant/pub down the lane and just walk to and from work, which works well for them as they often have a drink or two.
