Evening all, it’s hot. We abandoned plans to cook dinner and I made some chicken skewers for on the barbecue instead.

Joe was up and out at 6.30. He and his work colleagues were walking the last leg of their charity walk, this one was twice around Sutton Park so around 16 miles in total and they sensibly brought their start time forward to 7am to avoid the worst of the heat.
