It's not artwork!

It's graffiti.

I am sick to death of the media promoting Banksy stuff as artwork - six items in the past few days. It is nonsense, but for the media luvvies it is still culturesque.

It's not like "Bling is US bro" or "Gipton we R" type stuff, but it is still graffiti.

I've never really got the attraction either. It's OK, a bit of a diversion but no more than that.

How does he do it without someone seeing him.

Even at 3.00 a.m there are still people about even in cars who would see him

Stencils: apparently.

Pull up, stick them to the wall, a few sprays of paint, rip the stencils off. Done.

Instant vandalism!

As he's an alleged "artist" I'd give him a No3 round tipped artist's brush and 5Lts of Nitromors and get him to remove them..."oh, and bring your own protective gear, it's what you do when carrying out your vandalism." "Chop, chop."
