Sorry to hear that Ria can understand how you must feel.Having survived 4 redundancies where I worked when the 5th one came around I volunteered to go.
We had a good happy place to work until an American company took over,they could not under the English "mentality ".
The only thing they managed was to eventually run into the ground, was glad I got out when I did
