Mrning Ally, morning everyone

Another sunny and warm day. We touched 25C yesterday 8-)

And another good nights sleep, so feel much more with it.

Patient still asleep, but when we had a chat at 5.30, he said he was okay. I had to let Molly out and it woke him up, when she started yowling

Off to see Steve and Jacqui later. He has sorted out our travel plans, very kindly and printed off what we need. Then we'll see Darren, who can book it all. For some reason, neither Steve or I can do it  :?

Not sure what the rest of the day will bring, probably nothing but reading.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, the sun made a very brief appearance just as we were getting up, then the gloom descended again  but there may be a change on the way. We’re having a relaxed morning before going dancing this afternoon, a new dance run by some friends so we want to support them. It’s about a 45 minute drive but north of here so we don’t have to go on the M50, always a bonus. We should be home in time for the Strictly results.

Good morning.
It's a bit brighter here today, which is nice.
24c indeed! It won't even be half that in the Costa del Wakefield. You always feel better for a good nights sleep Jan.
MrsC and her sister have gone to the Rememberance service in Streethouse; they got a couple of hundred there last year.
There will be eight of us for Sunday dinner today, I'll have to get the table extender out of the garage.
Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning everyone :)

We’ve just joined in observing the silence here, in Corretto’s. Becky has taken the dogs on a “Royal Progress” around the cafe stalls - so called as they keep getting stopped and fussed every few minutes :) The dogs love it  I want to look in the Denby shop while we’re here, as I really need a new dinner service and they have really good discounts in there. Round to D’s in a while, then later I’m making a Christmas cake.

Love to all :) xx

Morning all :D

Sunshine 8-)

A quiet day for us, no sore arm from my RSV jab yesterday, but I did wake up feeling a bit icky. Apparently it's common, luckily it's passed now. Dinner this evening is the usual roast chicken with veg, followed by chocolate blancmange with orange jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon everybody.

Have had a wonderful time with my grand-daughter. My son and DIL came yesterday and we went out for dinner. It is a small restaurant. Very good food and service.
All the tables wre occupied, Will definitely go again. Son had to leave early as he is flying to Boston from Heathrow this evening. DIL and grand-daughter are now
on train to London. Grand-daughter bought a dress, a wool overcoat and an anorack from charity shops in Chorley. She usually gets some good bargains whenshe comes up.
I willnot see her again till next year but we willkeep in touch by whatsapp.

I will be relaxing this afternoon.

Have a good day everybody.
