Tonight's pizzas - please ignore the strange shapes :D Neither of us is very good at making circular ones, we've settled on square...ish :D
On the left is Bb's concoction of onion, spiced pork, red pepper, green chilli & mozzarella. On the right, my selection is onion, spliced big prawns, spliced asparagus, red pepper, a few bits of chorizo, black olives & mozzarella.
First pic raw, second one cooked ;)

Oh yum yum.

I wish I could get Mick to eat pizza. He says he'd rather have cheese on toast. And the girls will only eat plain cheese.

I love pizza.

Right. Next Saturday will be home made pizza night whether they like it or not.

But I have done Loz ;) :D
It was a tiny bit of leftover roast pork, about 2"x1". Cut up and put in processor or mini-chopper; in this instance added about a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning mix, and a teaspoon of vegetable oil (if it's lean you kind of need the oil), plus a bit of chopped parsley because we had it.
You can sort of pinch the pork between fingers and thumb to make little nuggets, but Bb just sprinkled it all over, which is good too :)
I've posted before about using leftover roast meat, of any kind, and adding herbs/spices, you can use such small amounts, but can also process with the spices then freeze and take out what you need, or add to it :)

It's ok Loz, I don't mind at all :)
You can also do the same idea with little bits from a chicken, you know the little shreds that are on the carcass, back, etc, or save just one wing. No need to process it, mix it with the spices/herbs and a little oil and use it or freeze it. Again you can add to it, and can take out what you need, because of the oil it doesn't all stick together although I do spread it out in the bag till it's frozen.

Di, talking of chicken bits..... do you remember the piri-piri chicken?

The herb and spices mix I make into a paste with a dash of oil and Windward or Tabasco sauce and marinade the bits in it before sprinkling them about a base to make a piri-piri pizza. It's a Wow! and a definite hit around these parts. ;) :lol:

I've done very similar with chicken pieces and the Cajun seasoning mix - the one I have is pretty hot!
But will definitely try the piri-piri as well :)
