Morning everyone

A much cooler night and we're down 7C from yesterday A bit breezy too, so that will help cool the house down.

Finish off the cleaning this morning, I was leaking too much yesterday, to think about vacuuming and mopping. Then I will go out and do some strimming.

Not sure how the patient is this morning, he's still asleep. But his right arm was twitching last night, normally a sign that the inflammation is on it's way out.

Last night was fabulous!

I've got a final meeting with my consultant this morning to be signed off.

Craig's coming with us and we'll have breakfast at Jacob's.

Back to lie by the pool.

Out tonight for dinner.

It is 17C but feels cooler as rhere is abreze. The sun is out but there are some clouds.

Will try to finish the weeding today. Am leavingthe housework till tomorow when rain is forecast.

I really must remember that I am nearly 69, not 29

I've been a whirling dervish today, up and down ladders, moving a wardrobe, two lots of washing, two beds re-made and now just finished strimming both sides of the back garden

Grumpy had a bad morning, but is feeling better this afternoon. Steve came up with some cold gel, muscle relaxing stuff, so I've just slapped that all over his neck, shoulders and arms.

As Grumpy is not allowed any alcohol on these meds, I said I would desist too. I could murder a cold beer Water is not the same
