That sounds really good Di, I might try that, but dislike parmesan so could use a different cheese maybe? ;)

The purple sprouting was delish!!!! :D :D :D We all love broccoli here ;)

Any finely grated strong cheese would work Kaz, you don't need very much, it doesn't end up 'cheesy'; I've used dolcelatte before as well.
Have you tried parmesan freshly grated from a piece? It's quite different to the pre-grated stuff which I absolutely hate :)

Tomato and onion sausage bake done in the microwave, with rice as I've run out of potatoes somehow. :o

Yes, once, but still wasn't keen. I'll try another cheese and let you know how I get on 8-) :D

I buy the large containers (750g I think) and simply fry them in 1cal spray for John and myself...and I love a grilled ham and mushroom sandwich :D

Jo, when my mum used to make a fry up she would cook the mushrooms last, in the bacon fat. Yummy is the word! These days I don't eat any sort of pork (it makes me itch) but I can still remember the taste........................ 8-) :D :D
