FAO Di

For those non-humans who share our home

She's not very well...the fish and rice have come back up. She's very very tired.
We didn't ring the vet, tbh there's no point, we know there's nothing else can be done. We could stuff more steroids into her but enough's enough and we don't want to make her feel worse. We're giving her the 25mg as agreed the other day.
She's not feeling too bad, is happy to be stroked and lying on her side lifts her paw for her tummy to be rubbed. She is still drinking, going outside once in a while, was pleased to see youngest and will be pleased to see eldest I'm sure.

There's nothing anyone can say Kaz...Bb and I are having to be brave, youngest is here, it's eldest's birthday do and all.
He will know something's wrong again; youngest has kind of got used to Minnie being not the same so hasn't said anything.

(((((((((((((((((((Di, Minnie and family))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I'm still keeping everything crossed for poor little Minnie but things aren't sounding good are they.

If it comes to it, you will know when the time is right. I suppose we can all be grateful that we do have the power to alleviate an animals suffering but oh that decision is so, so painful.

Thinking of you all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

At the moment we're just hoping she makes it through the weekend without feeling too bad.
It's hard with the boys here, and we have to go out tonight but I'm not expecting to be late back.
Believe me we haven't actually given up, rather having to accept what looks as though it's inevitable :(. And trying to put a bright face on, for the boys bust also for her.
