B's graduation

Postby Kaz » 15 Jun 2013, 19:11

Bought this dress for B's graduation ceremony - for B I hasten to add!   She is making it young and funky by wearing a new black pleather jacket over the top - can't find a link sadly, and high black Faith wedge shoes 8-) She's not sure if she's wearing tights or leggings under it yet 8-)

It looked lovely when she tried it all on 8-)

That's beautiful. I hope she doesn't wear leggings with it.

That is lovely, I think it'll look fab with the jacket - and leggings would give it a very Madonna circa 1985 look :D

LOL Nanna that's exactly what my MIL said - I get where you are coming from, but the 'look' for leggings under dresses for young girls is very trendy. The decision is hers on the day :D

Jo yes it would be, wouldn't it? Very much "Desperately Seeking Susan!" 8-)

Yes!

Winter 85-86. The Winter I wore fingerless lace gloves and insisted I wasn't feeling the cold at all :|

You mutton?? Never Ally, you always look great :)

I have a black chiffon tunic with gold embroidery on, it's supposed to be a dress but I always either wear leggings or white linen trousers with it :)

 Jo  I can just imagine you now  :D

Thanks Debih :)
