Ooh come on then, what have you done?

We've had the curry, the second time from the freezer which worked fine (veg stir-fried and added after), and on a fast day had the harissa chicken with bulgur wheat which was lovely.
'Easy crispy chicken' was yum, not on a fast day, which I did with part breadcrumbs, part parmesan.
And Spanish-style chicken bake, pretty similar to my one-tray chicken but not quite the same.
Paprika chicken but done with pork and cooked longer.
And southern style Jambalaya.
More than I thought :)

Ooh, you have done a lot :D
Last week I did the Roasted Cod with Parma Ham and Peppers...(actually I served the cod with stirfry veg)
Yesterday I did the Spanish-style Chicken Bake
This evening I'm making Mushroom, Feta and Tomato Baked Peppers

I loved the chicken bake and next time I think I'll make a little extra (without chicken) and use it as a pasta sauce :D

Yes that would be a good pasta sauce :)
I like the look of the peppers but no-one had any on offer this week so we only have frozen.
We have 2 lovely big portobello mushrooms so it's one of our favourites, mushrooms as steak tonight :)
