Just finished preparing clementines for marmalade, found recipe on line. Leaving all rind and juice plus muslin bag full of pips over night, then finish off in morning. Will report results tomorrow.

Sounds delicious! I read somewhere that marmalade is going out of fashion. It isn't with me!

I will be making Seville after Christmas. I used brown sugar last time and it was the best ever.

I have potted it all now, and pleased with the set, I did use preserving sugar to be on the safe side.
