Off for a run.

Not got work till Thursday as have been asked to cover extra shifts.

Fine by me.

I think I'll have a pootle day after yesterday's cleaning extravaganza.

Brrrrrr. Its really cold out there this morning.

I'm at work all day today (well, til about 3pm). I won't be doing a huge amount as I am on wind down now as I finish tomorrow. Yipeeeeee. I'm not back until 2nd January.

And the boss is away for the next two days. So today I will be writing my Christmas cards and the letters that go with some of them, trying to get S's cardigan finished so I can wrap it up for Xmas and tomorrow I will be doing Mick's books ready for the VAT return at the end of the month. My colleague will no doubt be knitting. Oh the joys of working in a small office!!!!!! I suppose I ought to at least open the post both days.

Hopefully picking Millie the Moocher up later today. Have the ring the vets later this morning to find out how she is.

A lovely blue sky with a few fluffy white things floating around. Have opened the top door to get some fresh air in also the cold fresh air, but heck, it may get himself out of bed

I must do the ironing this morning, but apart from that, I think I'll be sitting in the sun again, with a book

Roast dinner for us tonight, just fancy doing it.

Hubby tells me it's Tuesday, so I'm on the right thread then.

Morning everyone
I've been in and out here, so haven't really caught with much if anything really.

New house is fab, absolutely fab! We took two truck loads over last weekend and it's barely looked like we moved anything in, whereas our old house is looking rather empty.
Wine barrels over, phew... They are what has been stressing me out the most. I have 7 and they are planted with fruit trees.

Really nice weather the last oupl of days which has really helped. But rain is on the way again, probably in time for move in day.

I've been unpacking in priorities, cellar is fully stocked, (cupboard under the stairs), now I'm doing the kitchen. Far out! I need a pilots license to drive the cooktop! Still, I managed to warm spaghetti and baked beans tonight for the kids dinner.

Morning chums on this freezy day Keep snuggled up and warm. Hot soup all round and you are all welcome to sit in front of our log burner...only trouble is that is the only heat we have at the moment Engineer is coming again tomorrow...*sigh*

Really cold and frosty, Minnie thinks she's in heaven
Trouble with my shoulder/back again, can't take any more painkillers so having a problem sleeping, ho hum...so won't be on here much for a day or two
Glad it's going well Weka, fingers crossed for the weather.

Soup's on here so you can collect it and take it to Loz's I'm using a tired parsnip, a leek, and some of a bag of Morrisons frozen casserole mix, which looks lovely - celery, carrot, swede, turnip and some of those little pearl onions. Should be cooked in about half an hour, so anytime bring a bowl
