And actually Kaz, I know it sounds peculiar, but for instance one of the 'savoury lollies' was salmon mouse wrapped with a line of avocado and one of horseradish (I think). The food itself is not weird, it's the methods and design that are bonkers

But, like the dishes we saw from Michel Roux jnr, I would also absolutely love to try the truly best of the best
