We have a glut of courgettes, tomatoes and peppers so I thought I'd better get cooking for the freezer! I grew the herbs too, in pots

My slow cooker is huuuge so there will be rather a lot

Those tomatoes wouldn't have made it into the pan with me around...I raided Mom and Dad's greenhouse while I was there last night :-P
