Hope so Jo, it's smelling fantastic but won't be done until bedtime so is off the menu tonight! :( :lol: Will try it tomorrow 8-) :D

Oooh slow cooker chilli..... it's always yummy. Do you throw the kidney beans in at the last minute Kaz, or not bother?

Last minute Frank, well about an hour before I switch it off which is last minute with the slow cooker :lol:

The smell is driving me mad :shock: :? :lol:

I love chilli but Mick hates the red kidney beans. He'll eat it without them but it isn't the same so I rarely bother.

It's in foil containers now, ready to be frozen in the morning - it 'only' took 6 hours in the end not 8 :lol: I stirred the beans in about 40 minutes from the end. Mick tried a small plateful for me - it was too late for me to eat, I can't digest food well if I eat later than about 7.30/8.00pm these days :oops: He said it was lovely :D

:lol: Jo :lol: I'll stick to my cinammon and raisin bagel - my weekend treat :-P :lol:
