Sausages tonight

Thought I'd resurrect this thread as it's sausage-time of year, and last night I made the Waitrose recipe in my first link
But this time it was with the beef & horseradish sausages from the farmers market - utterly gorgeous, with no tinkering at all except I had some creme fraiche not cream. And I still used chicken stock rather than changing it for beef

We had stuffed sweetheart cabbage leaves tonight - sausage meat, onion, carrot and breadcrumbs - with a home-made tomato sauce ... lovely !
