It can be nice with a lovely meaty mince stuffing - and the cheese sauce sounds a nice add on Loz :D 8-)

Give it to your neighbour.

Actually, I have a nice recipe for marrow and ginger jam if you are interested (though someone has the book at the moment so I will have to get it back from them first).

Stuffed with mince and a cheese sauce to top - magnificent!

Is it a big one? You should get at least 15 meals out of it .....

It's hoooge. So just cut it up, scoop out the middle, and fill it with a savoury mince with grated cheese on top? Pop in the oven and bake for 40 mins, how does that sound

Sounds like the one and only way i've ever had marrow. Normally we pick them while they are still small and chop them up for stirfrys etc.
Everything happens for a reason
