I love the cheeky tilt to Meva's head on this one. She is developing a 'lively' personality and will definitely be making a bid for top chicken soon enough. Not sure what Ivy will make to that, feathers will fly

Can I come up there as as well please? Octavia is discovering being small has it's advantages. She is such a scruffy chicken, she has feathers sticking out in all directions. They were all having a dust bath today when I took some food up. Meva and Issey stood up and shook themselves clean, not her, she just stayed dusty and dirty

I love orpingtons. Just spent the weekend at friends who have about 20 of them, including 6 roosters
