Yum the baguette sounds good with it 8-) I'm going to try the lamb tagine this week Di, I have all the ingredients apart from that veg/bean mix. We don't have a Waitrose, so I'll look to see if Sainsbury's have anything similar..... :)

If you don't find a similar mix just go with what I put in the first post Kaz; there aren't that many beans in it but it is nice to have them.
Are you used to Ras el Hanout? If not maybe use a bit less to start with, it's quite a strong flavour ;) :)

It's not hot, it's fragrant rather, absolutely lovely but a bit 'different'. The jar lists what's in it, they vary quite a bit :)
