We had a disturbed night - Fraggle was on the wander and we had to let him down the garden a few times He seems well so not quite sure what it was all about, but we're tired this morning

Mick is collecting Aunty Rose this afternoon, so I'll be cooking a roast chicken for about 6ish, otherwise a quietish day here. I probably won't get online as much as usual while she's here, but should still be able to first thing and then again late evening

Ally enjoy Gibraltar, Ton your sunshine, and Loz enjoy your mooch - bet you are looking forward to having D back tomorrow!!

now iv got catch up tv on my kindle im watching the grand prix seen american sailing
and a triathlon
only thing is it wont make me tea/toast

Very dark and drizzly here - much warmer though - quite glad Bb can at least see well enough to take Minnie out

We've recorded the GP, will be watching once they're back.
Bit worried now, my back's playing up; no doubt stress-related but just can't afford it. Am sitting on the gym ball and taken ibuprofen, Guess had better get the tens machine out when Bb's back. And won't be on here much!

Kaz I won't have dogs in the bedroom, they've always had a bed downstairs, been told 'goodnight' and the door closed on them
