There is a strange dichotomy at play here.
The State, the NHS and the Judicial system all appear to want us all to live healthier and for longer, and will spend untold amounts to make it so, whether we want to or not. Yet when perfectly sane and totally compos-mentis individuals who might not be fit and well, in terms we all perceive, claim that they have had enough and want to die, the State will spend inordinate amounts to prevent them dying, even making it illegal to help them.
I am not for State Euthanasia, but I am going to store up enough drugs so that when my time is right it will be my decision and my doing.
Let the State prosecute me.
