Billy's Bro

He's back at Dog's Trust again. He'd been returned last Spring and we did actually see him when we visited (he's gorgeous). I was just looking at their site when I noticed that he's been returned again, poor thing :(

Likes and dislikes:
Darjeeling is a wonderful dog with a lot of good qualities like his total affection for people that he knows. However he is a very insecure little lad and becomes very attached to one person in the home which leads to him becoming over protective of them. He struggles with strange men but this can be managed with time and patience.

Type of home needed:
Darjeeling is looking for a home with a person on their own and without any other pets. Darjeeling does love his doggy pals however, a home where he will still get the chance to walk with other dogs would be ideal. Darj would also benefit from a home out in the countryside where space wouldn't be an issue.

Kaz, I could be very tempted but it says that they'd like to home him with a person on their own (which I suppose could be arranged :P ) and no other pets (the sticking point in my plan!).

Shell, I've actually got a picture of their parents which we were given when we adopted Bill and Bill's actually more like them than this gorgeous fella is! I'll copy it and post it so that you can see!

Gosh that's awfully specific of them, I'll bet with patience - and with Billy being his sibling - that could be overcome, but I guess they have their rules :( :( :( xxxx

I don't think being his sibling would make any difference this far down the line Kaz

Really? I would have thought that might make Dogs Trust consider them 8-) :) I didn't actually think Billy would 'know' him    :P
