About 40% of Bradford's population is ethnically Asian, mainly from Pakistan and Bangladesh. In his Bradford West constituency the roles are reversed, so guess who he is addressing.

The man is a populist opportunist and he knows exactly what he is doing. He is as much a preacher of hate as was Abu Hamza and he, too, should be arrested and charged as such.
