Two cooked, frozen and now defrosted ones. All whole with their eyes and everything.

Any idea what I can do with them.

And scallops. I am, later in the week going to cook scallops with chorizo but what can I serve it with as a main course.

There are recipes for crab linguine - with a bit of chilli I think.
A restaurant I used to go to did Bloody Mary crab linguine, that was good too :)
Oh and crabcakes, they're good :)

I love crab but usually only have it as a yummy sandwich, since himself doesn't eat it.

I have decided what I am going to do with it.

I am going to let Mick do something with it.

You've reminded me of when my husband brought home a couple of crabs from a boat in the harbour and my son was about 4. He was in the back seat of my father's car the next day and he suddenly announced in my Dad's ear "My daddy's got crabs". My Dad nearly put the car over the hedge.
