I'm just wondering how many sets of gonads he has locked in a safe and who they belong to....

He was known as Teflon Tony even before he got the Party Leadership! No mud ever seems to stick properly......If I believed in pacts with the Devil, he would be a prime example :?

Depends on your definition of "the Devil" really. Clearly he sold his soul to someone and they are taking very good care of it.
