The IMF says that if the UK were to leave the EU it could cause severe regional and potentially global disruption.
Erm, but hang o a second. The government and the remain campaign would like us to believe that the UK is so powerless that we will lose influence in the world, in trade and in our economy.
Yet the message from the IMF is that the UK is so large, so powerful and so important, that leaving the EU could cause global disruption.
So. Given that what the IMF says is true, then the EU would be completely insane to do anything other than rapidly and efficiently agree trade deals with the UK, in the event of a brexit.
In fact, if the EU is so insane that it would bring on economic unrest, financial damage and damage the world economy, then what the hell are we doing staying in their little club doing what they tell us to do?
In short, either the remain campaign are lying their asses off. Or they're not and the EU is a self destructive vindictive little autocracy which does not respect the UK and only wants to use it.
Which says to me, that our best option is to leave. Because either the Remain campaign are right and the EU is clinically insane, or the Leave campaign is right and we're better off out. To me that's catch 22. In all cases we are better off out.
Of the IMF is lying it's ass off. Which means, to me, that they are lying to stop us from doing something which would be good for us and bad for them. Again, catch 22. In all cases Leave is the right answer.
