I've got this recorded.
There is a lot of crud on TV - but there are also some right little gems that seem to get tucked away and not advertised.
A couple of weeks ago Kate Humble did a programme about her dog Teg to see if it had the makings and hereditary to be a sheepdog. Didn't look much to write about in the listings but had me totally hooked from start to finish.
Ditto a programme the other night on ITV3 about dogs and in particular training a labrador puppy to be a guide dog. Martin Clunes narrated it and it was just a lovely programme.
Also on Monday night I watched a half hour thingy on 'slebs' going back to their old houses. It featured Nigel Havers (sigh
) and it was interesting seeing the different houses (and prices!) in London that he had lived in.
