Morning all :D

Nice and sunny here at the moment.

Have a lovely time in Blackpool Aggers.

Hoping it stays nice as we need to get out to the greengrocer and it would be much nicer to walk down and have a stroll around the harbour. No other plans today.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning Ally, we caught up with GBBO yesterday, it was great :D

Have a nice day Jen, hope your sunshine hangs around so you can enjoy it :D

Happy holidays, Aggers and W :D

Nice and sunny here too, flipping chilly though :D Off to WW shortly, then into town with Emma afterwards. Just about all together now for the holiday tomorrow, just the ironed stuff to pop into the cases at the last minute :D

Have a good day everyone :D xxxx

Morning everyone

A lovely morning - warming up nicely.

Washing machine on, before the pump comes on, don't want too much on the solar panels 8-)

Mathilda is proving to be a very wily puss-cat and escaped yesterday, before we could put her in the box for transport - I'll try later, Grumpy is too soft   :cute: :cute:

Car washing and generally getting things ready for our trip too - really looking forward to a break.

Safe journey to Aggers and hope we all have a good day xx

Good morning, nice morning here although breezy. We are up and about early as we were on standby for possible childminding - my sister usually does Monday but she has a dreadful cold and Miss Osc was wondering if she would be able for it. However, she has arrived and says she is fine, although I do feel she should have taken the day off.

I'm going out in a while, I need some new underwear and a few other bits. Had a good trying-on session yesterday and have pretty much decided what to bring away with me. Kaz and Ton, you must be a bit excited now - Di, you will be next! Have a good day everyone :)

A good day to you all

Board meeting here this morning so busy and no time to say hello until now.

It's turned into such a lovely sunny day today, hard to believe that this morning there was a very thin layer of ice on my car windowscreen :( :o

I haven't watched the last two GBBO's (or extra slices) so have decided to skip them this week as well and then have a GBBO marathon on Saturday. My niece is still with me; she leaves on Wednesday and dare I say I am now so looking forward to having my space back and putting all back into order. It started months ago with things being out of place to make space for the painter, then mom arrived, then a 10 day break before my niece arrived. Once she's gone I'm not expecting any more visitors, the painting is done so yipppeeeeee - house back to normal. I think the cats will be as pleased as I am :D

Ton, I'm off to check back on VV to learn more about Mathilda :D

Have a super lovely day everyone xxx

Mathilda legged it again this morning

Grumpy started the car, as he wanted to wash it and off she went   and next doors dogs were out - all 4 of them :cute: :cute: so she went bounding, at a vast rate of knots, into the field. Sat down, briefly, then the dogs started off again, so she just went.

Thought that would be the last we saw of her, but she came back 3 hours later, thirsty, although not so hungry.

We left her alone, as she was and is still jumpy with any sudden move, although she did let me pull off all the burrs she'd managed to get on her coat.

We got her into the box - and I've never heard such an angry cat :( 8-) and Gez came up within minutes.

So off she's gone to her new home, with horses, dogs and cats.

She'll be living in a caravan for a while, just to get her used to Gez and to settle down, Gez is also going to worm her, just in case and also have her spayed, by a local vet, free.

In a couple of days, she'll be introduced to Tango, one of the dogs, who thinks he's a cat and is a right softy and then Mathilda will just have to take it from there.

She's far better off there than with us - my arms itch, my nose has hardly stopped running and I daren't even touch my eyes

Good news about the cat Ton, and off to a good home too, good luck to her :)

A beautiful day again, in the sun.
We've been busy bees, Bb went out working then had a gap so came home for lunch.
Then we've been to the next town to get paint and a new light fitting for the kitchen.
Adrian's coming while we're away, to sort the garden again and tidy up the kitchen. There's a broken floor and wall tile, the floor needs re-grouting, some wall needs plaster and it all needs a coat of paint. It'll be like a new kitchen :D
Impossible for us (or anyone) to do while Minnie's here, so a good plan.

And I've sorted jewellery, knickers, tights and socks ready for packing :)
Well-deserved cup of tea now :)
