Morning all
Ally, the time has gone by fast - safe travels back to the UK to your parents, and as both Saundra and Kaz say - not much longer and they'll be back with you. I'm sure that time will fly by equally fast xx
Saundra, I don't mind Halloween, but then the kids in our neighbourhood are usually really good and respect the 'no trick or treat' sign I put up on the door. Normally I happily participate but with three cats that aren't allowed out the front door it's just easier to just say no to the whole thing and not risk a cat getting out. Were it a weekend I'd be at Karl and Nadine's and join them for the evening (and eat all their sweets)
Kaz, good luck with WW today. As for the c-word shopping, I think it makes sense to get the 'mundane' shopping out the way, esp as you now probably still have a good selection of cards and wrapping paper.
Cromwell, enjoy Yorkshire, beautiful part of the world
A very very misty start to the day here as well; but burning off already. But they're expecting it back this evening which will make Halloween nice and spooky for the kids
I had such a productive weekend; Calais wine run on Saturday and then yesterday I sorted the greenhouse, built another hutch to overwinter any hogs that come my way, planted 70 pansy plug plants that a friend gave me and just had a good pottering day - haven't had one like that in a long time; it was such fun. Just wish it were dry enough to give the lawn a mow.
Usual work day for me and then home via the shops
have a lovely day everyone xxx
