Bread or baps?

So a minor pre-Christmas spat arises in the Ostrich household over what's preferable with the Boxing Day ham.

Mrs O favours soft white baps, whilst Ossie prefers a proper sandwich with proper brown granary bread. The temperature was rising - how to resolve the dispute? Only one way ….

For what it’s worth, I’m with Mrs O here; it’s got to be a nice soft roll or a crusty cob.
