That's what I do for lunch - I cook on a weekend and freeze and then have my main meal here at work. It's trying to find a quick easy healthy snack type meal for the evenings that I'm struggling with. Esp this weather as it's not really salad weather (and I'm not overly fond of soups - I feel like I've been cheated because there's nothing to chew :oops: )

I'm just being a fussy so and so :lol: esp not helped that I'm trying to avoid too much in the way of carbs and fats; so my favourite go to of cheese and biscuits is a no-no
