By law, we have to be told how much they're offering, in case we want to match it. Erm, no ta, I'm happy where I am.

That's the one WM. Was up for 190,000€ then dropped to 180,000, so will be interesting to find out how much - not that I'm nosy of course

Heard an interesting rumour yesterday. The local asian taxi drivers have been allegedly overcharged for their taxi licences by our local council, going back years.
This is supposedly why the councillor leading the majority party on the council suddenly bailed out a couple of months since, to take a job heading up Welcome to Yorkshire, an organisation with financial mismanagement problems in the recent past.
He should fit right in!
We are talking about being overcharged in the hundreds of thousands, if not more.
