Becky has just done something similar. Woods went back on their offer of the VNA post upstairs, as "She is too valuable on reception" So she starts another job, at a much smaller privately owned practice, where they're going to train her up for theatre work, and to dispense meds, etc. She's really chuffed

Not at all Kaz. I’m pleased for B. She is young she has a career ahead of her hopefully.

My manager interviewed my replacement this afternoon and immediately offered her the job. To be honest he’d have offered the position to a blind one armed monkey

I will miss my friends although there are very few left, most have left already. I

hopefully you'll still meet up with them. We've had a lot of people leave the company I work with, many I consider friends - and we actually socialise more now than we did when we were all working together

As I said to Tim last night, I may never been as happy as I have been at BMC but hopefully I will never be as sad either.

Cruiser I have 4 days holiday entitlement which I will be paid for and my NHS pension will be transferred. I have another 10 years to work until I retire
